BULLDOZER # 2 IN JERUSALEM

For the second time in a month, a Palestinian from East Jerusalem has carried out a terrorist attack using a speeding bulldozer - the terrorist deliberately plowed into five vehicles and narrowly missed a crowded bus. A number of Israeli civilians were injured before a nearby civilian and a policeman opened fire and shot dead the terrorist.

GORDON BROWN BERATES IRAN

British Prime Minister Gordon Brown has reacted sternly to Iran's rejection of the latest international offer to halt the Iranian nuclear weapons program. The British leader was speaking in Israel's parliament the Knesset where he also called on the Jewish state to seize the opportunity to make a peace with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas. Tractor Terror In Jerusalem

For the second time in four months, a Palestinian resident of Eastern Jerusalem has carried out a mass terror attack in Israel's capital. A tractor driver went on a killing spree crushing three Israelis and injuring dozens more as raced at high speed crashing into two buses and many cars along crowded Jaffa Street. Historic Recognition of the Jewish Refugees

The U.S. House of Representatives has passed a resolution calling for the recognition of Jewish refugees forced to flee the Arab countries. In the wording of the non-binding resolution: 'Explicit reference to Palestinian refugees be matched by a similar explicit reference to Jewish and other refugees as a matter of law and equity'. In a recent interview with IsraCast, Canadian Member of Parliament Irwin Cotler, a former justice minister in Canada, estimated there were more Jewish Jewish refugees from the Arab countries than there were Palestinian refugees.

Olmert's Stay Of Execution

Contrary to many expectations, the latest coalition crisis has ended 'not with a bang but a whimper'. Prime Minister Ehud Olmert and Defense Minister Ehud Barak agreed on a compromise that will allow the current coalition to continue for at least another three to five months. Transport Minister Shaul Mofaz started a firestorm at home and abroad when he declared that Israel would attack Iran if it continued its nuclear weapons program.
